Seed is a specialist search and social marketing agency on a mission to Grow for Good. We love helping our clients achieve sustainable, long-term growth through our core services, SEO, PPC & Social Media.

At our core, we strive to create innovative, unique campaigns across all marketing channels that pull in significant results for our clients. However, we need a team of people who love coming to work to achieve that. Our internal mission is to be the happiest, most forward-thinking agency to work for and with. We’ll always focus more on happiness and healthiness than big profits, and we know that real growth isn’t just about a bigger and bigger turnover every year; it’s about growing knowledge, growing joy, growing connection – and that’s what we’re in the long game for.

We are dedicated to helping to build a more sustainable future. Having recently achieved B Corp status we are feeling more aligned than ever with our values and our mission to be a company that can say we left the world in a better place than when we started.

We couldn’t be more thrilled to have been short-listed for three separate categories in the Digital Growth Awards this year.

SEO Campaign of the Year – Our SEO campaign for IT Luggage, a suitcase retailer, was a resounding success. We implemented a range of SEO techniques, including technical SEO, keyword research, technical expansion, content SEO, and international SEO. The results were outstanding, exceeding their KPI’s with +411% non-brand clicks, +142% page one keywords, +243% revenue (YoY), and expanding their sales into 6 new European regions. This is a testament to our capabilities and the potential benefits we can bring to our clients.

PPC Campaign of the Year – Working with IT Luggage again, we scaled the account by utilising Google’s full suite of tools, such as Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube. Our results? We increased revenue by almost 4000% while maintaining over a 1,200% ROAS.

What It Luggage said about us:

“Seed is a great agency to work with. From the beginning, they understood the remit and our needs and went above and beyond to achieve the ambitious goals we set for them. The whole team is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I would recommend Seed to any brand or retailer.” (David Hatchard – eCommerce Manager).

Social Media Campaign of the Year

Baldwins, a 180-year-old London-based herbalist, approached Seed to help with their social media presence and charged us with bringing their brand into the 21st century. Our team focussed on modernising the brand while honouring and staying true to its impressive, historic roots. We re-designed assets and created a strong brand visual across all platforms. We also used organic social and paid social for this, achieving 583% ROAS through paid social and a 172% increase in revenue.

What Baldwins said about us:

“When we joined Seed we were aware that our Social was underperforming. In the first week of Seed posting to our Instagram account we received more likes than we ever had. A fantastic achievement!” (Steve Dagnell – Director)

At Seed, our teams are passionate about exceeding expectations, and the whole agency feels a collective pride when our hard work pays off. We’re really excited to have been shortlisted and can’t wait to celebrate with our fellow industry co-workers on the day!

“To be shortlisted for three UK Digital Growth Awards is such a massive honour. The whole team works really hard and takes pride in the results that we achieve for our clients, so for this to be recognised in these awards is a credit to the whole agency.” – Robin Bush, Founder

“We are incredibly honoured to be shortlisted for these awards, it recognises our team’s dedication and hard work. At Seed, we believe in challenging the status quo and redefining the traditional agency model to prioritise client growth and success. This nomination is a testament to our team’s commitment to delivering innovative and impactful solutions.” – Louis Perkins, People & Culture Manager
