Our test success with Ageas
The Fresh Egg CRO team has been managing Ageas’s optimisation programme for over a year. The primary goals are to reignite the experimentation programme and drive a +3% increase in conversion.

The use of moderated user research and qualitative analysis highlighted that brand recognition, quality, and reputation were lacking for users. Shockingly, all participants stated they did not recognise the Ageas brand. This represented an opportunity to not only increase conversion but also improve the customer perception of Ageas.
The test design was paramount in bringing the Ageas brand to life for users coming to the Premium page from a Price Comparison Website. Following A/B testing of the experience, Fresh Egg and Ageas were thrilled to drive such significant results:
- 3% increase in conversion to sale
- £2.6m uplift in annual revenue for this single test
