At BOXT we are honoured to have been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s UK Digital Growth Awards. Being nominated for both the Innovation Award and Best Use of Conversion Optimisation feels particularly felicitous, as they each represent areas that are a high priority for the business. These are both areas in which we continue to invest time and resources to ensure that our customers have a seamless and positive experience with BOXT, regardless of which stage of their journey they are at or which touchpoint they choose.
BOXT is a multi-award winning platform created with the ambition of making it quicker, easier and cheaper for homeowners to upgrade their heating system. This has since been expanded to encompass a range of products and technology to help people improve their home.
Our nomination for the Innovation Award for our work on the BOXT customer app is extremely exciting as this project is something we are especially proud of. As the first of its kind as a customer support app within the boiler installation industry, we have used the innovative and “outside of the box” thinking that the business was founded upon, to once again disrupt the market to make it easier and more transparent for customers.
Best use of Conversion Optimisation
Continual improvement to the customer journey and overall experience is something that is of the utmost importance to us here and BOXT, and something that we invest a lot of resource into. Being shortlisted for the ‘Best use of conversion optimisation’ category for our checkout improvement project is testament to the work of our dedicated team using data-led insights into creating a smooth and seamless experience for all of our customers.
