About Our Team at Peaky Digital
Peaky Digital are a fast-growing digital agency based in Cornwall and the East Midlands. We champion clients across industries including eCommerce, health, construction and finance.
Established in 2016, Peaky Digital was a team of three until 2020 – when we took the plunge to grow into a full-service digital agency. Since then, we’ve seen a huge amount of growth, with thirteen team members and another round of active recruitment to add some key team members to our growing family.
Expanding rapidly throughout COVID-19 brought its own unique challenges, but we were determined to retain the boutique, close-knit feel that clients valued.
Being nominated for a Growth Award is testament to the work we’ve all put in over the past year and we’re excited to show the judges just exactly what makes the Peaky Digital team us.
Our 2021 Growth in Highlights
2021 has been Peaky’s biggest year so far – here’s some of our highlights:
- We were the 2021 Cornwall Chamber Masterclass winner
- Our founder was featured as one of 2021’s Cornwall 30 under 30
- Launched new service offerings including Conversion Rate Optimisation and Amazon Marketing
- We had our first full team outing to BrightonSEO – with particularly fond memories of the karaoke!

Since our small team expanded last year we’ve welcomed some great additions to our family and had an amazing year developing a close-knit team who support each other. We’re stronger than ever and looking forward to what 2022 brings!”
What Does the Digital Growth Awards Mean to Us?
Our success has been an agency-wide effort, encompassing our SEO, PPC, Social and Client Services departments, so to be finalists for an award that celebrates our team in its entirety feels fitting.
We’re nominated against some great agencies, so we know we’re in great company and look forward to meeting some of the other finalists at the event in person!
The award has been a great motivator – and timed perfectly with the move to our new office so we can double on the celebrations!

Peaky’s Plans for the Future
It’s an exciting time on the horizon for Peaky – we’ve just moved into a brand new office in Discovery Quay, Falmouth and we’re making some key hires in our Social Media and Business Development team to expand our service offering and reach new markets.
