Following a fantastic 2021, and a great start to 2022, Circus PPC are over the moon to have been shortlisted for PPC Agency of the Year, and PPC Campaign of the Year (B2C) in this year’s UK Digital Growth Awards.
Why did we choose to submit these awards?
We wanted to both show our ability and strength as an agency, as well as highlighting some of the fantastic work that we’ve been doing on our accounts – which is why we entered both the PPC Agency of the Year and B2C PPC Campaign of the Year with our client, Booths.
For us, promoting our company culture is just as important as showing off the work that we’ve done with clients, and we believe it’s something that really sets us apart from others in the industry – we’re focused on creating a great working environment for the team, and ensure that everyone is able to bring their ideas to the table and actually have them listened to.
What are some of the highlights of your submissions?
Writing our submission for ‘PPC Agency of the Year’ was really rewarding for us because it both required and allowed us to look back at our recent achievements – of which there’s been many – and appreciate how much the agency has developed in such a short space of time.
Some of our most recent highlights would definitely be moving into our new offices, hitting our first ever £10m year, and also securing our status as Google Premier Partners for 2022, which puts us in the top 3% of UK agencies!
For our ‘PPC Campaign of the Year’ entry, we submitted our work with high-end supermarket, Booths, who we helped to launch their first ever Christmas TV advertisement with AdSmart, which was a great success and has led Booths to consider further work with AdSmart within their strategy going forward.
What does being shortlisted mean to us?
Being shortlisted for both of the awards that we entered is an incredible achievement that we’re extremely excited about, and the entire team is looking forward to finding out if we do manage to beat the competition. However, we’re just thrilled to have been shortlisted and have been recognised alongside so many other talented agencies.

What are our plans for the future?

Over the past couple of years, we’ve grown hugely as an agency, made some incremental changes
The agency celebrated a incredible start to the year after their first ever £1m month and £10m year in 2021, and this year, want to take the agency even further – with plans to double the size of the team. The shortlists have come alongside a multitude of other awards, accolades, and shortlists including the Prolific North Champion Awards, Corporate Vision MarTech Awards, and SME News Managing Director Awards.
Rick spoke further about the plans for the future of the agency:
“We have huge growth plans for this year, and have already launched a new and improved website, hosted a huge office opening party for clients, suppliers, and friends of the agency, and settled into our brand new Leeds City Centre office space. We’ve hired multiple new members of staff to join our ever-growing team of experts, and we hope to continue to expand the team and build an agency of experts that provide the best PPC services to clients.”
